Introducting B.A. Bafford
 

Mr. BA is a Memphis native, who grew up as a young and competetative athlete, boyscout, musician, and sound engineer. Led by a family of southern business owners, a community of religeous leaders, and a desire to help others while learning, he joined the United States Navy as a Information Systems Technician. During that time, he quickly learned how to solve problems and guide/train other servicemembers, leading to global deployment leadership roles and a Pentagon assignment during his 7 years of service. 
 

As a Memphian and young professional, BA has worked on notable, local construction and technical infrastructure projects like Crosstown Concourse and Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare's University Shorb Tower. He also gained global engineering and construction delivery experience with organizations such as: The US Defense Health Agency (DHA), Facebook (Meta), Cisco, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
